E book ready for sale

This disc gathers all the emails and blogs from 2001 to 2009 with hundreds of pictures. It is now on sale for $9 plus postage and is a fundraiser for Tembo projects. Contact kenyatembo5@gmail.com

Tembo continues

Wendyand Don Reimer, Tembo-Kenya board members, are in Africa until June 2011. We received a donation to purchase text books for grades 1-5 at Isecheno primary school. Wendy and Don took delivery, catalogued and photographed the books and carried them to the school for distribution and storage. Well done, Wendy and Don and many thanks for your time and efforts.

Wendy is also investigating a project to supply re-usable sanitary pads to girls in school. We'll keep you posted.

You do not have to be a Tembo board member to volunteer to help. Tembo is setting up the possibility of receiving agents to manage specific projects and to welcome visitors for a rural Kenya tour. Keep your eye on the web site http://www.tembokenya.org/ for details and updates.

Poultry project
